She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, with Honours, from the University of Wollongong. She is a member of Dietitians Australia (DA) and Australia and New Zealand Association for Eating Disorders (ANZAED), and Size Inclusive Health Australia.
Rebecca aims to hold a space for her clients to help them navigate their relationship with food, body and health in a way that is meaningful to them. Since graduating from university in 2015, Rebecca has taken her own journey to explore a more compassionate and client-led way to practice as a Dietitian, with a high respect for individual autonomy and diversity. With ongoing supervision, and professional development, Rebecca takes a whole person approach that is trauma informed, neurodiversity affirming, weight neutral and HAES® aligned.
Rebecca currently works with adolescents and adults presenting with individual food and body image concerns. You will notice that Rebecca values taking a collaborative approach to care and where possible will work alongside your supports. When in session with Rebecca, you might notice Rebecca’s gentle approach to talking about food, science and what the body needs.
In her spare time, she loves a slower pace and enjoying nature where possible. She also loves to travel and experience different cultures.
