      MANDY MCGRATH holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, a Masters of Science and an Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Sydney. She is a Member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA).


      Mandy is a warm, respectful therapist who takes care to provide a safe space for individuals to develop insight, flexible thinking and skills to successfully address their personal challenges. She has worked across hospital, private and non-profit health settings providing assessment and treatment for a broad range of issues such as anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, stress, relationship problems, parenting difficulties, loss and bereavement.


      In addition, Mandy has expertise in working with people facing cancer, and has worked at several cancer centres across Sydney. She is also passionate about providing support for people with pregnancy and fertility difficulties, and issues related to neurodivergence.


      Mandy’s integrative approach draws on several evidence-based therapy models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and attachment-focused therapy.


      In addition to her clinical work, Mandy has published research in the area of decision-making among women with epilepsy who are contemplating starting a family.
