      CHARLIE GEHRIG holds an Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Wollongong and a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from The University of Technology, Sydney. Charlie is a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA).


      Charlie adopts an individualistic, collaborative and pragmatic approach to help clients meet their needs and work towards their goals. Charlie is warm and empathetic, committed to helping clients develop insight and identify effective approaches to navigating their personal challenges. He is passionate about providing evidence based care and integrating therapeutic styles to foster the best outcome for clients. 


      Charlie enjoys working with adolescents and adults with a broad range of concerns including, mood and anxiety, trauma, interpersonal difficulties, substance use addiction, problem gambling, emotional regulation difficulties, adjustment difficulties, ADHD, eating disorders, and other psychological difficulties. He uses and integrates a range of therapy modalities in his treatment including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).
