      SARAH KEZELMAN is a Clinical Psychologist with experience working with adults and adolescents in individual therapy, as well as in group contexts, across a range of private, hospital and community settings. Sarah focuses on providing a warm, non-judgmental, thoughtful and safe therapeutic space in order to support the people she works with in managing their current challenges. Sarah uses an integrative approach to therapy to individually tailor treatment plans that best meet her clients’ needs, build on existing strengths and promote insight and personal development.  

       

      Sarah has worked in treating individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, eating disorders and trauma, as well as those with difficulties in emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationships, self-harm and life adjustment. Sarah uses a trauma-informed approach in order to provide a client-centred space which is compassionate and reflective.  

       

      Sarah’s work draws on a number of therapeutic models including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Relational and Mindfulness-based approaches. Sarah holds an Honours degree in Psychology from the University of New South Wales, and a combined Doctorate of Clinical Psychology/Masters of Science from the University of Sydney. She is a Member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA) and is accredited as a board-approved supervisor.
